Lu-Nor Arabians

~~~ History and Background ~~~
Lu-Nor Arabians was founded in 1978. It is located on 80 acres of beautiful farmland near Dowling, Michigan; 14 miles South of Hastings and 15 miles North of Battle Creek. The farm has 20+ stalls, foaling areas monitored by TV viewing, a small indoor arena for breaking young stock, breeding facilities, outdoor runs, and grazing pastures.
The owners, Lewis and Norma Earl, form the acronym "Lu-Nor". The beauty and intelligence of the breed captured their minds and hearts when visiting a Class A Show back in the 1980's. Thereafter, they purchased a filly from one of Michigan's leading Race Trainers. This eventually lead Lewis and Norma down the path of racing, which they have continued to enjoy, as well as produce some of the leading race stock.
Although the Earl's are rated as having some of the highest quality Show Stock nationwide, they also have had a successful history in racing. Lewis has a Race Trainers License and trained their own stock for many years. Lewis has also served as President of ARAB (Arabian Racing and Breeders) of Michigan for two years and Norma was Race Secretary for the same length of time. One of their early stock, Lu-Nor Kabrus Shatim, was "U.S. Race Filly" back in 1982. Since then their horses have been awarded countless titles, most currently from their stallion Nykoli +/. Nykoli was 1995, 1996, 1997, and 1998 ARAB Michigan Race Horse of the Year!
Their motto is:
"Breed for the ULTIMATE: an Arabian beautiful enough to show and win __ Athletic enough to race and win".
Let Lu-Nor Arabians help make your dream of owning a beautiful Arabian horse come True. Visit their farm and select your Vision of Beauty.
